This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, effective guest handling, and strong coordination with other departments, while optimizing resources and upholding service excellence. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee overall operations across departments including F&B, Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping, Purchase, Maintenance, Gardening, and Security, along with complete guest management. • Work closely with management and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences. • Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and grooming checks to ensure high performance and service standards. • Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all departments. • Manage purchasing activities, vendor relationships, and drive cost-optimization initiatives for each department. • Promote strong team collaboration, clear communication, and a positive work culture. • Remain available on-call to handle urgent operational or guest-related issues as required. Prior experience as Property Manager/ Duty Manager/ Ops Manager Educational Qualification: Degree/ Diploma in Hospitality Experience In Years: 4 to 9 years Industry Experience: Hospitality Industry Languages: Fluent in English & Hindi Fixed Pay (Monthly): Rs. 35,000- 50,000 Variable Pay (Monthly): Not Applicable Accomodation: Shared Accomodation Provided Meals: Meals provided.
