Head/Consultant - Finance & Accounts/Cost Controller - Textile Manufacturing & Export Organization

Role : Head / Consultant - F&A / Cost Controller - Textile Manufacturing & Export Organization Location : Jaipur Job Description : - Expert knowledge of accounting for manufacturing / textile Organisation. - Detail oriented with exceptionally strong analytic skills. - Diagnose financial statements to resolve issues and build financial forecasts. - Establish and deploy companywide cost accounting policies. - Prepare cost benefit analysis, variance analysis & product cost. - Solid experience in analyzing trends, variance and cost-benefit. - Manage accounting for fixed assets, receivables, payables, payroll, ledger and inventory. - Collaborate with department managers to analyze costs and identify productivity enhancements. - Ensure timely and accurate delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual cost accounting reports. - Work closely with CEO & Business Head to review costs, reconcile variances and identify areas for productivity and cost improvement. - Perform comprehensive variance analysis and determine root cause for each significant variance. - Examine standard costs against actuals to identify process inefficiencies, improvement opportunities - Key contributor to annual budget process, working with various department heads to review historical activities, trends and future obligations - Preparation of Annual Budget, cost monitoring & variance Analysis statements - Preparation of MIS Reports on quarterly, monthly & weekly basis for the entire site for management decision making purpose. - Preparation of Total Monthly Report (TMR) for executive committee meeting of top management. - Preparation of Cost of Production, Cost Benefit Analysis & Sale Value of Production of individual products. - Development and Implementation of ERP Modules. Educational Qualification & Work Experience : - CA / ICWA / MBA with 15+Years of experience into F&A & Costing Experience in Manufacturing or EPC Setup. - Should have experience of working on an ERP / Finance Application Software. - Be willing to Setup / Transform the existing Finance & Accounts & Costing Operations of the Organization. - Hands On & work with a Team of 4 to 5 People in F&A Team of the Company.
