Job Title: Accountant & HR Executive Company: Anugami Industries Pvt. Ltd. (Brand: Wiplo – Premium Wet Wipes) Location: Baharagora, Jharkhand Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic Accountant & HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and HR operations for our growing manufacturing unit. Key Responsibilities • Handle end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews) • Manage employee onboarding and documentation • Maintain attendance, payroll coordination, and leave records • Ensure compliance with ESIC, PF, labour laws • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures • Handle employee relations and grievance management • Support training & development initiatives • Maintain employee database and HR records • Maintain books of accounts (Purchase, Sales, Expenses, Ledger) • Handle GST filing, TDS, and statutory compliance • Manage invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups • Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet) • Handle bank reconciliation and cash management • Maintain records for audits and taxation • Coordinate with management for budgeting and cost control • Manage vendor payments and receivables tracking Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration • 1–3 years experience in Accountant or HR role (manufacturing preferred) • Knowledge of ESIC, PF, labour compliance • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Organized and proactive approach • Proficiency in Tally / accounting software & MS Excel • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and compliance • High attention to detail and accuracy Salary & Benefits • Competitive Salary • Career growth in a fast-growing company • Exposure to real business operations How to Apply Send your resume to: wiplowipes@gmail.com Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: • Health insurance • Life insurance • Provident Fund Work Location: In person
