Senior Trainer

Key Responsibilities: • Conduct training sessions for new and existing sales team members. • Develop and deliver training modules focused on: • Sales techniques • Customer handling • Negotiation skills • Soft skills (communication, time management, team coordination, etc.) • Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness through assessments and feedback. • Support team leads with performance improvement strategies. • Update training content as per changing product offerings or market trends. Requirements: • 3-6 years of proven experience in a sales role (field or inside sales). • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Passion for coaching and team development. • Basic knowledge of training methods and adult learning principles. • Graduate in any discipline (training certification preferred but not mandatory). • Candidates with a teaching background will be preferred, as it will be considered an added advantage. • It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 4 - 6 years of experience.
