Role Overview We are looking for a highly organised and Excel-focused Business Operations Executive to support daily FMCG operations and coordination. This role involves working closely with the business and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution across distribution and online channels. Key Responsibilities • Maintain daily sales, inventory, and distributor tracking in Excel and Google Sheets. • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams for smooth execution. • Follow up on distributor orders, stock status, and internal tasks. • Screen and track leads from digital platforms. • Prepare simple reports and updates for management. • Support offline activities such as distributor visits and retail audits when required. Must-Have Skills • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data tracking). • Atleast 1 year experience in FMCG sector. • Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable managing follow-ups. • Good communication skills in English and Telugu. Work Details • 70% office, 30% field • Work from office – Uppal, Hyderabad Salary: ₹25,000 during probation ₹35,000 post probation Important: This role involves daily Excel-based reporting and tracking with experience in FMCG Sector. Candidates without strong Excel skills & FMCG Experience will not be considered.
