Position: Junior Video Editor & Creative Content Assistant (Part-Time / Internship) About the work We are building a digital storytelling platform focused on emotional, dramatic and character-driven short videos and episodic content. The role is not just editing — you will help shape scenes, moods, dialogues and visual moments that connect with the audience. This is ideal for someone who enjoys romantic/dramatic stories, watches reels or short series, and likes imagining characters and situations. What you will do • Create short videos (reels/episodes) from provided assets • Help develop scenes and situations for characters • Write short dialogues, captions and emotional moments • Select background music and pacing according to mood • Suggest ideas to make the story feel more real and relatable • Coordinate with the founder and share daily outputs Requirements • Basic video editing knowledge (any software is fine) • Comfortable with Hindi and simple English • Good imagination and interest in storytelling • Regular internet access and laptop/PC • Consistency and sincerity (very important) Who will enjoy this role • People who like dramas, novels, web series or short storytelling content • People who enjoy writing captions or imagining character situations • Students or freshers who want creative experience • Anyone looking to restart their career after a break and build a portfolio again Work details • 4–6 hours per day (flexible timing) • Remote work • Monthly stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹7,000 • Learning + portfolio building opportunity Prior experience is NOT mandatory.
