We are looking for a Mobile Marketing – Delivery - Assistant Manager to manage and execute mobile marketing campaigns across platforms such as SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, and in-app messaging. The role focuses on end-to-end campaign delivery, including setup, execution, optimization, and performance tracking, ensuring timely and accurate communication to users. What You'll Do • Manage and grow relationships with global clients, acting as the primary point of contact. • Coordinate with internal teams to plan, execute, and deliver digital campaigns effectively. • Monitor campaign performance, resolve issues proactively, and ensure client satisfaction. • Identify opportunities for account growth and contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced environment. Who You Are • 2-3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Ability to manage global clients and coordinate across teams. • A problem-solver with a proactive and positive attitude. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
