Event Planner

Job Title: Event Planner Experience: Minimum 3+ Years Location: [Lado Sarai, New Delhi, 110030] Employment Type: Full-time We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Event Planner with at least 3 years of experience in planning and executing successful events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of events, from concept development and budgeting to vendor management and on-site execution. The role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, coordinate, and execute events such as corporate events, conferences, product launches, exhibitions, and social gatherings. • Understand client requirements and develop event concepts, themes, and timelines. • Manage event budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure cost-effective solutions. • Coordinate with venues, suppliers, decorators, caterers, and other stakeholders. • Oversee logistics including event setup, registration, guest management, and breakdown. • Ensure smooth event execution and handle any issues that arise during events. • Manage event marketing materials and coordinate with internal teams for promotions if required. • Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare reports on event outcomes. • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Minimum 3+ years of experience in event planning or event management. • Strong project management and organizational skills. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability. • Proficiency in MS Office, event management tools, and budgeting. Preferred Skills: • Experience managing corporate events, exhibitions, or large-scale events. • Vendor network and negotiation experience. • Creative mindset with the ability to design unique event experiences.
