Senior HR Manager - Talent & People Partner

As an HR professional at Aparna Kaushik Design Group, you will play a crucial role in leading recruitment efforts, guiding the performance review process, fostering a creative culture, and supporting people operations as the company scales. You will be expected to take ownership and work closely with leadership to ensure the smooth functioning of HR processes, rather than just following checklists. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle from onboarding to exit formalities. - Conduct recruitment for relevant profiles using platforms like LinkedIn, other job portals, social media, and consultancies, and follow up with potential candidates. - Demonstrate strong communication skills, with fluency in English, and exhibit exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. - Assess skills for junior positions and design/update job descriptions accordingly. - Develop and maintain a network with top architecture and design colleges. - Coordinate campus interviews and other selection activities. - Possess good knowledge of workforce and manpower planning. - Have a strong command over company policies and ensure their effective implementation. - Collaborate with department managers to create training programs that yield desired outcomes. - Execute annual review procedures for employees. - Formulate strategies to enhance engagement and oversee programs focused on recruitment, onboarding, retention, recognition, learning and development, diversity, wellness, and other initiatives aimed at fostering a positive work environment. Qualifications: - Graduate/Postgraduate with at least 9 years of rich experience. - Residing in Noida or nearby areas. - Excellent English communication and writing skills. - Ability to cultivate healthy employee relationships and build strong networks.
