Content Moderator Location: Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-time Shift: Rotational (24/7 Environment) Working Days: 5 Days ⸻ Job Summary Ubisoft is hiring a detail-oriented and responsible Content Moderator for our Viman Nagar, Pune location. The role involves reviewing and moderating user-generated content in line with company policy guidelines while ensuring platform safety and brand reputation. Immediate joiners preferred. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Review and moderate user-generated content (text/images/videos) • Follow policy guidelines to Approve / Reject / Escalate content • Maintain high quality and accuracy standards • Ensure compliance and brand safety • Handle sensitive content professionally ⸻ Eligibility Criteria • Minimum 1 year BPO experience (Mandatory) • Content Moderation experience preferred • Undergraduate / Graduate (both acceptable) • Comfortable working in rotational shifts ⸻ Required Skills • Strong attention to detail • Good written communication skills • Decision-making ability • Basic computer & typing skills • Ability to handle repetitive tasks ⸻ Salary & Benefits • CTC: ₹4,00,000 per annum • Take-home: Approx. ₹26,800 per month • Performance Incentives: ₹2,000 • 5 days working • Growth opportunities ⸻ Work Location Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month Benefits: • Health insurance • Paid sick time • Paid time off • Provident Fund Work Location: In person
