Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager Location: Nagpur (Work from Office) Shift Timing - 12 PM to 10 PM Experience – 9-15 years Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to drive and manage our end-to-end digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise across social media, SEO/SEM, paid advertising, and content strategy, with proven experience working directly with US-based clients. A creative mindset, agency background, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. Required Skills & Experience Extensive experience in Digital Marketing , with strong hands-on expertise in: Social Media Marketing, SEO / SEM & Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing Proven experience working with US clients and handling direct client communication. Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal). Highly creative, strategic, and data-driven mindset. Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, and paid media. Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to achieve performance goals. Oversee social media strategy, content planning, community engagement, and brand positioning across platforms. Drive SEO initiatives, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to improve organic visibility and rankings. Collaborate closely with US clients, understand business objectives, and deliver measurable outcomes. Develop high-quality, creative content aligned with brand voice and marketing goals. Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and present insights and recommendations to clients and stakeholders. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Lead and mentor internal marketing teams and coordinate with creative, PR, and media partners. Education: Any graduate OR postgraduate specialized in Sales & Marketing.
