About the Role
AppDesk Services is seeking a proactive and organized Social Media Manager to lead and manage our digital presence across multiple brands. This role covers company social media, the founder's personal brand, and podcast-related content, including promotion of external podcast appearances.
The ideal candidate is strategic, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts while maintaining a consistent, professional brand voice across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow social media accounts for AppDesk Services, the founder, and company podcasts
• Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms including LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and others as needed
• Promote podcast episodes, short-form clips, highlights, and announcements • Ensure consistent branding, tone, and messaging across all social channels • Engage with audiences by monitoring and responding to comments and messages • Track content performance and recommend improvements for growth and engagement
• Coordinate with editors or independently create basic short-form video content when required
Requirements
• Proven experience managing social media for brands, founders, or podcasts
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn and YouTube content strategies
• Excellent written communication and content planning skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workflows and accounts
• Basic video editing or clip creation skills are a plus, but not required. Editing, music sync, some text, captions as per requirement.
