Apple Edibles and Logistics Pvt Ltd. is in the process of food processing & manufacturing. It has setup its recent factory at Khopoli near Mumbai. Job Description: As a Quick Commerce Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for driving visibility, sales, and execution across quick commerce channels such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and others. Your role will require speed, accuracy, and a growth mindset to succeed in the fast-paced world of instant delivery platforms. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations on quick commerce platforms Ensure correct listings, pricing, content, and inventory availability Plan and execute platform-led campaigns, offers, and visibility boosts Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, marketing, finance) for smooth execution Track sales, ROAS, fill rates, and platform performance Identify growth opportunities through data analysis, trends, and competitor tracking Resolve platform-related issues promptly to ensure no delays in quick commerce operations What We're Looking For: Hands-on experience with quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BB Now Strong understanding of promotions, margins, and platform mechanics Data-driven mindset with basic reporting & analysis skills High ownership, rapid execution, and problem-solving attitude Comfortable working in a high-speed, dynamic environment Good to Have: 2 - 5 years experience in FMCG, D2C, Beauty or Skincare industries Knowledge of catalog optimization and content hygiene Prior experience in scaling a brand on quick commerce platforms Join Us to: Have a high-ownership role with real impact Be part of a fast-growing brand and gain exposure to scale Learn, experiment, and grow rapidly in a dynamic setting
