You would play a critical part in the next revolution in human-computer interaction by contributing to the advancement of a product that is redefining human-computer interaction. As a part of the Business Planning team within AI/ML Annotation Data Operations, you will be working with a high-performing and fast-paced team to develop valuable products and features that delight customers. Your mission will be to build a scalable, transparent, and measurable process to handle the human annotated assets development process. To succeed in this role, you must be self-driven, organized, and have a structured approach to problem-solving. • *Key Responsibilities:** - Manage annotations operations invoicing process and continuously improve the process and communication with the global team. - Drive processes for budget allocation, management, and forecast preparation. - Work with a team of analysts to improve operational metrics and build standard reports for leadership. - Prepare executive reports summarizing program status and highlighting risks. - Establish financial controls and processes for financial reporting requirements. - Interact with vendors to ensure timely processing of service entry sheets and invoices. - Improve the invoicing process and provide cost attribution, tracking, and budget management. - Develop a roadmap for invoicing process tool enhancements and prioritize features. - Lead or work with a team to design and develop operational and leadership level reports and dashboards. - Work independently in ambiguous situations, navigate systems and processes logically. - Train and guide resources and undertake process improvement projects. - Ensure the team operates in accordance with company operating policies and procedures. • *Qualifications Required:** - Postgraduate/MBA preferred, but a strong academic background with an undergraduate degree is required. - 9 years of experience in Data analysis, Business/Finance Operations, and Program Management. - Expertise in building financial models, data analysis, and using tools like Excel and VBA Macro. - Ability to understand, document use cases, and articulate requirements to engineering teams. - Experience in driving outcomes collaboratively in different time zones. - Experience in Lean Six Sigma and project management is preferred. - Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels of an organization.
