Telecaller | Full-Time, Remote (IST)

About the Role We are looking for a Telecaller who is confident on the phone, quick to qualify, and sharp enough to get a prospect to say yes to a meeting. Your job is simple: call leads, have a real conversation, follow up, and book a consultation for our Consular team. That's it. What You'll Do • Make outbound calls to warm, high-intent leads every day • Qualify prospects quickly — understand their situation and assess fit • Book video consultations for the sales team and confirm attendance • Follow up via phone, WhatsApp, and email to reduce no-shows • Log every interaction accurately in the CRM — no gaps, no guessing • Meet daily call volume and weekly booking targets consistently What We're Looking For • 1–5 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or outbound calling • Clear, confident spoken English and Hindi • Comfortable making high volumes of calls and handling rejection without losing energy • Familiar with CRM tools or willing to learn fast • Reliable laptop and stable internet connection • Self-driven and target-oriented — you know what a good day looks like by your numbers What We Offer • Fixed monthly salary + incentives • Full-time remote, IST hours • Call training and a structured process are provided from day one • Clear growth path for those who consistently hit targets
