Description
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Clarity PPM specialist. As a Clarity PPM specialist, you will manage and optimize the Clarity PPM system to support project delivery and portfolio management. You will work closely with various stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements to the system. You will also provide training and support to users, ensuring their adoption and effective utilization of the Clarity PPM system.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions to support project delivery and portfolio management
- Configure and customize the Clarity PPM system to meet business needs and enhance user experience
- Develop and maintain Clarity PPM reports and dashboards to provide real-time visibility into portfolios, projects, and resources
- Perform system testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the Clarity PPM system
- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of the Clarity PPM system
- Proactively identify opportunities for system optimization and process improvement, and implement enhancements accordingly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Clarity PPM with other enterprise systems and tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Clarity PPM administration and configuration
- Strong understanding of project management and portfolio management principles
- Proficiency in Clarity PPM modules such as resource management, time tracking, financials, and dashboards
- Experience in customizing Clarity PPM using XOG, GEL, and NSQL
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
