Role & Responsibilities:
• Design and implement user journeys for financial products, ensuring seamless onboarding, engagement, and retention.
• Drive awareness of product features through CRM campaigns and targeted communication.
• Track, measure, and analyze engagement and conversion metrics to optimize CRM performance.
• Continuously refine user journeys based on data-driven insights and A/B testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM strategies with business goals. Skills & Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of experience working with CRM tools like CleverTap and MoEngage.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
• Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for identifying gaps and improvement areas.
• Experience in financial products or fintech is a plus.
