We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our dynamic data engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, Scrum Master certification, and extensive experience with the AGILE development lifecycle. This role requires a deep understanding of data engineering principles and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.

Technical Skills:

· 8+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on data engineering projects.

· Experience in data engineering tools and technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and SQL.

· Lead and manage complex data engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.

· Act as a Scrum Master for the data engineering team, facilitating AGILE ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring the team follows AGILE best practices.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop detailed project plans.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts, to ensure successful project execution.

· Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

· Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders and senior management.

· Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging innovation and the adoption of best practices in data engineering.
