1. Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with prospects in the staff augmentation space
2. Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, emails, and calls to generate leads and expand the client network
3. Draft professional and persuasive email communications for client engagement
4. Present clear and compelling value propositions tailored to client needs
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruitment trends and industry best practices
Other Requirement:
1. 1 year to 4 year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in staff augmentation or recruitment
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills
3. Proficiency in professional email writing and LinkedIn engagement
4. Ability to structure a strategic outreach approach to maximize prospect engagement
5. Goal-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets
6. Familiarity with outreach tools for lead generation
7.Ability to convert leads into sales is a big plus
