Our client is an education startup operating in the United States and Sweden. It is used by several thousand students to personalize their assignments to be more relevant and interesting to them. Our Client is looking for a Marketing Manager in India in order to bring our tool to more people across the globe.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Discovery:
Conduct in-depth research and interviews with teachers, administrators, and school leaders in India to understand local education needs, challenges, and preferences.Market Insights & Strategy:
Provide market analysis, customer personas, and key insights that will guide product localization and marketing efforts.Actionable Recommendations:
Develop detailed recommendations for adapting Geni’s product to fit the Indian market, including pricing strategies, feature adjustments, and cultural considerations
Qualifications:
Experience:
2+ years of professional experience in marketing, market research, or customer success, ideally in EdTech or the education sector.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to conduct and analyze qualitative and quantitative research.
Proficiency in digital marketing, campaign management, and social media strategy.
Familiarity with the challenges and opportunities in India’s education system.
Education:
(Optional) Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field
