Work Shift: 11 AM - 8 PM IST

1. Testing Expertise:
o Proficient in functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing for SaaS and HR platforms.
o Hands-on experience in web application testing with thorough knowledge of testing methodologies.

2. Automation Skills:
o Experience with automation tools such as UiPath or Selenium and scripting languages like Python or Java.
o Prior experience in automating SaaS platform testing is highly desirable.

3. Defect Management:
o Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., ALM, ClickUp)

4. HR Platform Knowledge:
o MUST have Prior experience in end-to-end testing of learning, talent, and HR modules.
o Familiarity with HR systems like Betterworks, Docebo, and Eightfold is a plus.

5. Database Testing:
o Ability to write and execute basic SQL queries for effective data validation.

6. Collaboration & Communication:
o Strong skills in working with cross-functional teams and documenting comprehensive test results.

7. Agile/Scrum Methodology:
o Knowledge and experience in iterative development processes.
