Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits (if applicable).

  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.

  • Present and promote products/services to prospective customers.

  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

  • Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.

  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, follow-ups, and CRM entries.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer support) to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).

  • Goal-oriented mindset and strong work ethic.
