Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits (if applicable).
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
Present and promote products/services to prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, follow-ups, and CRM entries.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer support) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
Goal-oriented mindset and strong work ethic.
