Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to understand customer needs, and a passion for achieving sales targets. Freshers with a desire to build a career in sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits (if applicable).
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
Present and promote products/services to prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, follow-ups, and CRM entries.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer support) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
Goal-oriented mindset and strong work ethic.
