Job Description: 

• We are seeking an experienced SAP CCM Consultant with over 10 years of expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementations, particularly in Condition Contract Management (CCM), to support a large-scale HANA transformation project for a leading Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), SAP Materials Management (MM), and deep expertise in integrating and optimizing CCM functionalities within the S/4HANA environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage the implementation of SAP Condition Contract Management (CCM) module in the context of a broader SAP S/4HANA transformation project. 

• Collaborate closely with the business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, define business processes, and deliver solutions aligned with organizational needs. 

• Conduct workshops and provide functional expertise in Condition Contract creation, settlement management, pricing conditions, and rebate agreements. 

• Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth integration of CCM with other S/4HANA modules such as SD, MM, and FI/CO. 

• Design, configure, and implement pricing conditions, accrual management, and settlement processes in alignment with business requirements. 

• Support data migration activities related to contracts and pricing conditions during the transition from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA. 

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices while designing and implementing solutions. 

• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancement post-implementation, including performance optimization and user training. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP functional consultants, technical developers, and business analysts to deliver a seamless transformation.

• Prepare detailed documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams and key stakeholders. 

Required Qualifications and Skills: 

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP, including strong expertise in SAP CCM and SAP S/4HANA. 

• In-depth knowledge of Condition Contract Management (CCM) functionality, including pricing conditions, settlement management, rebate processing, and contract lifecycle management. 

• Strong experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM), and integration with other S/4HANA modules such as Finance (FI). 

• Prior experience in SAP HANA migration or transformation projects with a focus on OEM or manufacturing industries. 

• Expertise in configuring pricing procedures, accruals, rebates, condition contracts, and other related processes. 

• Familiarity with business process mapping and best practices within the automotive or OEM industries. 

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with senior business leaders and technical teams. 

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling complex implementation challenges. 

• Proven ability to manage timelines, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality results.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• SAP S/4HANA certification or relevant professional certifications in SAP CCM, SD, or MM. 

• Experience in large-scale OEM or manufacturing environments with complex business processes. 

• Proficiency in ABAP debugging or ability to work with technical teams on custom development. 

• Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
