Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Off & Time Tracking implementation and support.

• Must have successfully delivered at least 3 end-to-end implementations.

• Strong knowledge of Time Off, Holiday Calendars, Work Schedules, Time Account Types, Accrual Rules, and Leave Management.

• Expertise in Time Tracking, Clock-In/Clock-Out, Overtime Calculations, Valuations, Validations (Alerts &Errors), Recording Profiles and Integration with Payroll systems.

• Hands-on experience with Business Rules, MDF Objects, and Workflows in SuccessFactors.

• Knowledge of Integration Center, APIs, and Middleware (CPI/Boomi) for data exchange.

• Ability to conduct client workshops, gather requirements, and create functional documentation.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot system issues.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• SAP SuccessFactors Certification in Time Off/Time Tracking is a plus
