Required Knowledge & Skills: -

o    SAFe experience on SAFe ceremonies like PI Planning, ART Meetings, Scrum of Scrum Calls.

o    Certified Scrum Master (CSM/ PSM)

o    DevOps - at least basic Knowledge (CI/ CD/ Pipeline).  

o    Jira or ADO Tool

o    Along with normal Scrum Master expertise. 

o    Added Advantage:

§    Mural, MIRO, Trello tool

§    SAFe Scrum Master or SAFe Agilist certification.

Skills: -

·         Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for the two assigned development teams.  

·         Ensure these events are productive and within the timebox.

·         Guide team members in self-management and cross-functionality.

·         Provide coaching on Agile practices and principles.

·         Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder the team’s progress.

·         Ensure a smooth workflow by addressing internal and external blockers.

·         Assist in effective Product Backlog management.

·         Facilitate stakeholder collaboration and communication.

·         Encourage the team to reflect on their processes and identify areas for improvement.

·         Implement changes to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

·         Ensure that the Scrum board and other tools like Jira are up-to-date.

·         Facilitate team’s quarterly CMM review and maintain scorecards.

·         Regularly analyze burndown charts and other metrics to track progress.

·         Ensure teams meet delivery commitments by proactively communicating and collaborating with cross team dependencies.

·         Act as a consultant to team members and stakeholders on best practices.

·         Help resolve team disagreements and improve work styles.

Qualifications: -

Bachelors/masters in I.T or equivalent
