Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Required to promote and sell traffic and road safety solutions and weighing systems on a nationwide basis while maintaining and acquisition of keys clients developing business strategy exploring channels on regional basis and prospecting Govt. Liasioning.
Determines annual and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring competitive costs, and prepare budgets accordingly.
Complete sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Responsible to improve the business and maintain long term relationship with the existing customers.
Maintains sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization’s presence on PAN India basis.
JOB PROFILE OF DESIRED CANDIDATE
Must have a sales related experience in weighing or tolling systems.
Minimum of proven 8 years of experience in a sales or business development role in sales coordination environment.
Must possess knowledge of dealing with private & Govt. tenders and strong networking into Government sectors especially the transport, road constructions, tolling, traffic highway management, etc.
Highly motivated and strong leader for Sales & Marketing Department.
Well conversant to give presentations to senior government official and heads of private sector.
Thorough knowledge of financial planning and strategy making skills, able to make competitive analysis.
Strong Analytical skills.
