Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ETL processes using Teradata tools such as BTEQ and TPT Utility.

• Optimize and enhance existing ETL workflows for increased performance and reliability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure data quality and integrity.

• Monitor ETL processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise in the data pipeline.

• Participate in the technical design and architecture of data integration solutions.

• Document ETL processes, data mapping, and operational procedures for future reference and compliance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Teradata ETL Developer with strong knowledge of BTEQ and TPT Utility.

• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL methodologies, and data modeling.

• Proficiency in SQL and experience with writing complex queries for data extraction and manipulation.

• Familiarity with data integration tools and techniques, particularly in a Teradata environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve ETL issues efficiently.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and detail-oriented.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
