Social Media Marketing Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

•                Assist in planning, creating, and posting content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)

•                Handle basic photography and videography using DSLR or mobile for content creation (office activities, reels, product shoots, etc.)

•                Coordinate with design and content teams to develop compelling posts.

•                Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages in a timely manner.

•                Support in creating performance reports and analyzing metrics.

•                Research industry trends, competitor activities, and current best practices.

•                Stay updated with platform updates and algorithm changes.

Requirements:

•                Basic understanding of major social media platforms.

•                Familiarity with camera handling (DSLR or high-quality smartphone) and basic content shooting techniques.

•                Strong written and verbal communication skills.

•                Creative mindset with attention to detail.

•                Ability to work independently and within a team.

•                Any certification or internship in digital marketing or media (preferred but not mandatory).
