Experience and Qualification:
Must hold a bachelor's degree preferably in Human Resource or Information Technology or in related fields
6 months to 2.5 years of maximum experience in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
Prior experience in client handling and stakeholder management is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and engage candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
Collaborate with hiring managers, HR teams, and clients to understand hiring needs and deliver quality talent.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and candidates.
Stay updated on IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and best hiring practices.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in Boolean search techniques and candidate sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Hirect, Internshala, etc.).
Basic understanding of IT technologies, programming languages, and methodologies (Java, C++, Cloud, SQL, NoSQL, etc.).
Competencies:
Strong client management and communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
