· Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and foster relationships with potential clients.

· Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by management.
· Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine sales strategies.
· Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM.
· Follow up with leads in a timely manner to nurture relationships and close opportunities.
Requirements
· Proven experience in TeleSales, SaaS sales, or IT sales is essential.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer interaction.
· Strong understanding of SaaS products and IT solutions.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
· Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
· Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track performance.
· Strong analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities in the market.
