About the job: Position: Data Analyst Location: Hyderabad Night shift. Walk in Drive interview is on 21st Feb 2026. - Salesforce operations and data hygiene - Strong soft skills: clear communication, positive energy, professionalism, responsiveness on Slack - WBR / RTBR support and opportunity data corrections - Ability to learn domain (Client GTM concepts) quickly and operate with curiosity - Regular data loads and frontline sales support - Basic SQL: run, edit, and slightly modify queries (base queries provided) - Comfortable creating/managing Salesforce ops cases and updating records (SFDC familiarity desirable) - Support Genesis on activation-metrics dashboards and minor edits (Hubble) - Attention to detail for data corrections and case-by-case validations - Prepare WBR/RTBR and biweekly 25-slide RTBR deck (every 2 weeks ~2 days of work) - Ability to follow runbooks and perform repeatable operational tasks reliably - Build QBR/MBR data packs for activation & realization as needed - Handle SFDC cases and hygiene: create cases, data corrections, and validate opportunity states - Run and deliver 2+ weekly data loads to SFDC (generate CSVs from queries; coordinate with central ops/data management team) - Respond to ~45 sales support / activation help desk cases daily via Slack - Execute ad-hoc reporting and write/edit standard SQL queries (base queries provided) - Maintain documentation, runbooks, and support knowledge transfer; escalate complex issues to senior analysts or Genesis Who can apply: Only those candidates can apply who: Salary: Competitive salary Experience: 0 year(s) Deadline: 2035-01-01 00:00:00
