While most current systems rely on conventional designs, our startup delivers advanced technical solutions to modernize aging infrastructure. In addition, we focus on the conversion of intermittent water supply systems into 24x7 continuous water supply through energy-efficient variable speed direct pumping methods, ensuring reliability and sustainability. We design supply skid mounted containerized booster pumping station. We also empower farmers with nanobubble technology in agriculture/ fisheries to naturally improve yields and enhance pest control techniques, reducing dependence on harmful chemicals. Through capacity building and targeted upskilling, we aim to generate meaningful employment opportunities, strengthen local communities, and foster scalable growth across these critical sectors. Job Title: Executive Assistant Operations Generalist Location: Pune, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years Reports To: CEO / Director Work Mode: 100% Office Engagement Model: Probationary Basis (Minimum 3 Months). Permanent confirmation is subject to performance review after the probation period. Role Summary We are seeking a highly organized, versatile, and proactive Executive Assistant Operations Generalist to support our CEO/Directors and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our business. In this role, you will be the backbone of our office, handling everything from high-level administrative support and government tender management to basic digital marketing and HR assistance. If you are a problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves wearing multiple hats, this is the role for you. Key Responsibilities 1. Tender & GeM Portal Management - Navigate and manage the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal for the company. - Monitor, prepare, and submit E-tenders accurately and within strict deadlines. - Track the status of bids and maintain comprehensive records of all tender-related documentation. 2. Executive & Administrative Support - Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling, coordinating, and setting up meetings. - Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally, acting as a gatekeeper and primary point of contact. - Implement and maintain rigorous document control systems to ensure all company files, contracts, and records are securely stored and easily accessible. 3. Finance & HR Support - Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including tracking expenses, managing invoices, and maintaining financial records. - Provide foundational HR support, such as assisting with employee onboarding, maintaining staff records, and organizing team activities. 4. Digital Marketing & SEO - Assist in executing the company’s digital marketing strategy across various platforms. - Perform basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tasks to improve our online visibility and website ranking. - Help draft, format, and publish content for social media, newsletters, or company blogs. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Proficiency: Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel (data tracking, formulas) and PowerPoint (creating professional presentations). Tender Experience: Prior experience with E-tendering processes and navigating the GeM portal is highly preferred. Digital Savvy: Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, SEO best practices, and social media platforms. Financial & HR Basics: Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles and general HR administrative tasks. Soft Skills: - Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. - Solid written and verbal communication abilities. - High attention to detail, especially regarding document control and tender submissions. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
