Technology Contracts Counsel (India)

Aquis Search is conducting a confidential search for a Commercial & Technology Contracts Counsel to join the legal team of a leading global financial services organization based in Mumbai. This role is suited for a lawyer with strong technical grounding in commercial and technology contracting, combined with practical in-house experience supporting business stakeholders. Key Requirement: Candidates must have: - 6–8 years of post-qualification experience - Prior experience with a leading law firm working on technology contracts. - Subsequent in-house experience in a commercial or technology-focused role - Proven exposure to drafting and negotiating complex technology, SaaS, IT, and commercial agreements Candidates without both law firm and in-house experience will not be considered.
