Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role located in Lucknow. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with organisation standards. The role includes facilitating recruitment processes, addressing employee concerns, and supporting the company's overall HR strategy to foster a positive work environment.
