D&T Analyst

Role Overview: You will be responsible for conducting a thorough analysis of the Marketing and Commercial teams requirements and objectives. You will identify gaps in the current Sprinklr configuration and assess opportunities for enhancement. Utilizing best practices recommended by Sprinklr and industry standards, you will design and implement new capabilities. Your role will involve leveraging native Sprinklr capabilities to minimize customization and ensure long-term sustainability. Additionally, you will identify relevant APIs provided by Sprinklr for data ingestion and extraction and implement secure and efficient data transfer mechanisms using API authentication and encryption methods. Conducting thorough testing to ensure data integrity and consistency throughout the integration process will be part of your responsibilities. You will also implement regular maintenance tasks such as software updates, database optimizations, and system health checks. Providing timely support to end-users, collaborating with internal IT teams or external vendors to troubleshoot technical issues, and documenting standard operating procedures and best practices for maintaining and supporting the Sprinklr platform are key aspects of this role.
