Job Information Date Opened 02/04/2022 Job Type Full time Industry Technology City Noida State/Province Uttar Pradesh Country India Zip/Postal Code 201301 Job Description • Coordinate with IP Counsels and provide recommendations on invention disclosures for assisting in filing decision. • Prosecute patent applications before the Indian Patent Office, EPO, USPTO, UKIPO. • Proficient in patent drafting and prosecution across multiple jurisdictions and a good understanding of the IP system and laws. • Support the preparation and prosecution of patent applications by gathering input from the inventors. • Deliver prosecution projects including independently formulating response strategy for office actions along with complete draft responses to office actions. • Mentor team members on assigned technology areas and provide direction and guidance to team members for formulating response strategy for office actions. • Prepare, prosecute U.S. U.K. PCT, EP, Indian and International patent applications in-house and with outside counsel. • Review invention disclosure, portfolio analyses; work with technical patent inventors, and patent review committee.
