Key Responsibilities • Engage with prospective and existing clients to assess financial needs and protection requirements. • Provide professional advice on insurance and investment products, customizing recommendations to client objectives. • Build long-term client relationships through trust, transparency, and consistent service. • Educate customers on product features, benefits, and terms to enable informed decisions. • Drive business growth by achieving sales targets and expanding the client base. • Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and regulatory guidelines. • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and transactions. Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (preferred). • Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or sales is advantageous. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to explain financial concepts in a clear and relatable manner. • Strong self-motivation, discipline, and goal orientation. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for customer success.
