Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller / Junior Counsellor to join our admissions team. The primary responsibility is to cold-call potential leads, follow up with inquiries, and generate walk-ins for counselling sessions. Key Responsibilities: • Cold Calling & Follow-Ups: Contact potential students via phone, explain our courses, and convince them to visit the center. • Lead Management: Maintain and update the database of leads, follow up consistently, and convert inquiries into walk-ins. • Counselling Assistance: Briefly counsel students and parents over the phone, addressing their initial queries. • Target Achievement: Work towards achieving weekly/monthly walk-in and admission targets. • Event Promotion: Inform leads about workshops, seminars, and events happening at the center. Requirements: • Experience: 0-2 years in telecalling, sales, or counselling (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome). • Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th pass) or Graduate. • Skills: • Excellent verbal communication in English, Bengali, and Hindi. • Persuasive and confident approach. • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software preferred). • Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
