Work From Office Location: Churchgate Salary: 11 LPA Role Description We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Web Developer specializing in .NET MVC and MS SQL to join our team in Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site position. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining both the front-end and back-end functionalities of web applications, designing software solutions, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Additionally, responsibilities include writing efficient, reusable, and reliable code, optimizing performance of databases and applications, and ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Key Responsibilities Backend Development ● Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET MVC / .NET Framework ● Build robust APIs and backend services following best practices ● Optimize MS SQL Server queries, stored procedures, views, and indexes for performance ● Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control ● Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability Frontend Development ● Develop responsive UI using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery ● Work with modern frontend frameworks (Bootstrap) ● Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility Database & Performance ● Design efficient database schemas and data models ● Handle complex joins, transactions, and large datasets ● Monitor and improve application and database performance Architecture & Code Quality ● Follow clean code, SOLID principles, and MVC architecture ● Implement logging, exception handling, and debugging mechanisms ● Contribute to architectural decisions and technology improvements Collaboration & Delivery ● Work closely with Technical, Project management and business teams. ● Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical discussions ● Ensure timely delivery of features with high code quality Required Skills Technical Skills ● Strong experience in ASP.NET MVC ● Proficiency in C# ● Advanced knowledge of MS SQL Server (queries, indexing, performance tuning) ● Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs ● Strong frontend skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery ● Experience with Bootstrap / modern JS frameworks ● Familiarity with version control systems Preferred / Good to Have ● Knowledge of Azure / IIS hosting environments ● Exposure to CI/CD pipelines ● Understanding of security best practices Soft Skills ● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills ● Ability to own modules end-to-end ● Excellent communication and collaboration abilities What We Offer ● Opportunity to work on scalable, business-critical applications ● Exposure to modern architecture and cloud technologies ● Collaborative and growth-focused work environment ● Competitive compensation Qualifications • Expertise in Back-End Web Development, including building and optimizing server-side logic and database operations • Proficiency in Front-End Development, including working with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and ensuring responsive designs • Strong experience in Software Development and Full-Stack Development with a focus on .NET MVC and MS SQL • Ability to work in teams, troubleshoot technical challenges, and deliver robust and scalable software solutions • Comprehensive knowledge of software design patterns and best practices • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus • 5+ years of experience in web development with a proven track record of deploying and maintaining web applications
