Job Title: Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist Role Overview We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist. This role is perfect for a creative professional who not only knows how to build a brand but also understands how to turn an audience into a sales pipeline. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of digital engagement: from creating eye-catching content to executing intent-based marketing strategies that identify and deliver high-quality leads to our US-based sales team. Key Responsibilities • Social Media Management: End-to-end management of our social platforms. This includes scheduling, community engagement, and maintaining a consistent brand voice. • Content Creation: Utilize Canva and basic video editing tools to produce high-performing visuals and short-form video content. • Intent-Based Marketing: Run targeted campaigns based on "buyer intent" data—reaching potential clients who are actively searching for our services. • Geographic Targeting: Execute hyper-local marketing strategies, focusing on specific US regions or territories as required by the business. • Lead Generation & Handover: Identify and qualify potential leads through social listening and ad campaigns. You will be responsible for pushing these leads into our CRM and ensuring a seamless handoff to the US team. Specific Technical Skills • Lead Gen Tools: Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Meta Ads Manager, or Google Ads. • Content Tools: Proficiency in Canva and mobile/desktop video editors (CapCut, Premiere, etc.). • Data-Driven: Ability to analyze geographic performance and pivot marketing spend based on where we see the highest intent. Work Schedule & Location Shift: US Central Daylight Time (CDT) | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CDT. Role follows the US business calendar. • Location: Remote (WFH) initially, with a planned transition to On-site in the future. • Focus: This role directly supports the growth of our US operations from our India-based hub. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Lead Quality: Conversion rate of leads passed to the US team. • Engagement: Growth in social media reach within specific target geographies. • Content Output: Consistent delivery of high-quality video and graphic assets. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year Shift availability: • Night Shift (Preferred) • Overnight Shift (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
