Graphic Designer & Video Editor and Social Media Manager

Job Title: Graphic Designer & Video Editor (Full-Time – Onsite) Location: Pune (Work from Office Only) We are a CA/CMA coaching institute looking for a creative and trend-aware Graphic Designer & Video Editor to manage our YouTube and Instagram content. Key Responsibilities: • Design high-CTR YouTube thumbnails & banners • Create Instagram posts, carousels & reel creatives • Edit long-form lectures & short-form reels/shorts • Post and manage content on Instagram & YouTube • Upload thumbnails, write captions/descriptions, manage basic SEO • Research CA/CMA industry trends and develop engaging content ideas • Set up and manage YouTube live streaming • Create strong hooks to increase student engagement • Maintain brand consistency across platforms Requirements: • Experience in Graphic Design & Video Editing (Portfolio required) • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro / After Effects / DaVinci / Canva • Understanding of Instagram & YouTube algorithms • Strong understanding of social media trends • Creative mindset with ability to generate content ideas • Full-time availability in Pune (onsite) How to Apply: Send your CV along with: • Portfolio (Graphic + Video samples) • Links to previously edited videos Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: • Paid sick time Experience: • Education Industry: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
