Junior Flutter Developer (API & Firebase Integration) (Zirakpur)

We are looking for a motivated Junior Flutter Developer to transform our existing educational platform into a high-performance, native mobile experience. You will work closely with our Laravel Backend Developer to replace a current Web View-based app with a fully native Flutter frontend. Your primary focus will be building a smooth user interface, managing persistent user sessions, and implementing reliable push notifications for schools and students. Key Responsibilities - Native UI Development: Convert web-based views into high-quality, responsive Flutter widgets. - API Integration: Consume RESTful APIs provided by the Laravel backend using Dio or HTTP. - Authentication & Session Management: Implement "Always Logged In" functionality using JWT/Bearer tokens and secure local storage (Shared Preferences). - Push Notifications: Integrate Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) for real-time alerts. - Multi-Tenant Branding: Use Flutter Flavors to manage and build branded "copies" of the app for different schools from a single codebase. - Cross-Platform Deployment: Build, test, and deploy applications for both Android (Play Store) and iOS (App Store). Technical Requirements - Framework: Robust understanding of Flutter SDK and Dart language. - State Management: Familiarity with Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc. - Data Handling: Experience with JSON parsing and handling asynchronous API calls. - Tools: Basic knowledge of Git/GitHub and Postman (for API testing). - iOS Deployment: Basic understanding of Xcode and the Apple Developer Program (or willingness to learn). Preferred Qualifications - Previous experience or a portfolio project involving an Educational App or LMS. - Familiarity with Codemagic or other CI/CD tools for automated builds. - A "problem-solver" mindset to handle the transition from Web View to Native.
