Role Description
This full-time on-site role is based in Yavatmal and focuses on supporting and serving customers as a Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves addressing customer concerns promptly and providing detailed information about products and services to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction.
• Proficiency in improving Customer Experience through responsive and effective interactions.
• Ability to communicate effectively, with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in customer service is a plus.
• Familiarity with financial services or microfinance is advantageous but not mandatory.
