You will help manage our social media presence, create engaging content, and assist in executing digital campaigns. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who wants to build a strong portfolio and gain practical experience in social media and digital marketing. Key Responsibilities • Create and schedule posts for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others • Assist in planning and implementing social media strategies and campaigns • Research and propose content ideas (reels, posts, stories, captions, hashtags, trends) • Monitor engagement (likes, comments, shares, DMs) and respond to queries where required • Track basic performance metrics and prepare simple reports (reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth) • Coordinate with the marketing team for ongoing campaigns and branding requirements • Stay updated with social media trends, audio, formats, and platform updates Qualifications & Skills • Basic understanding of social media marketing and content creation • Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) • Good written and verbal communication skills • Ability to think creatively and come up with engaging content ideas • Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts is a plus • Familiarity with Canva, basic video editing, or design tools is an added advantage • Enthusiastic, willing to learn, and able to take initiative • Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or a related field preferred, but not mandatory for highly passionate candidates What You’ll Gain • Practical, hands-on exposure to social media and digital marketing • Opportunity to build a strong portfolio of work • Mentoring and guidance from the marketing team • Internship certificate on successful completion • High potential for conversion to a full-time role based on performance • Gift hamper and goodies for outstanding contribution
