Hiring: Remote Operations Intern Aroza Event Center – California, USA Work Type: 100% Remote (India) Position: Full-Time Internship Work Hours (Mandatory) You must work in California PST time zone (night shift in India). If you cannot work these hours, please do not apply. Stipend ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month High-performing interns may be offered a full-time Operations role. Role Overview We are looking for an organized Operations Intern to support our event venue operations and systems for our California-based event center. You will gain hands-on experience in HubSpot CRM, vendor coordination, and event operations. Key Responsibilities • Update leads, bookings, contracts & payments in HubSpot CRM • Maintain CRM pipeline and assist with weekly reports • Support vendor coordination (DJ, decorators, catering partners) • Track linens, supplies, staffing schedules & event timelines • Assist with menu planning, buffet setup coordination & venue readiness • Help with invoice tracking and operational reporting Requirements ✔ Good English communication ✔ Organized and detail-oriented ✔ Willing to learn HubSpot CRM ✔ Comfortable working in PST time zone ✔ Interest in event operations / hospitality Fresh graduates and final-year students are encouraged to apply.
