Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Healthcare Specialist based in Dehradun. The Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for providing first aid and emergency medical care, delivering training sessions on health and safety, advising on healthcare best practices, and supporting employee well-being initiatives. The role involves regular interaction with employees to address their health concerns and ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications • Possess certifications and proficiency in Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) skills and general medical expertise. • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with employees and relay healthcare advice. • Experience in conducting health and safety training and workshops. • Prior experience or qualifications in the healthcare industry are highly beneficial. • Ability to assess and respond promptly to medical emergencies. • Maintains confidentiality and demonstrates a professional demeanor in sensitive health-related matters.
