Artem Clava is looking for a responsible and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and coordination activities. The candidate will assist with communication, basic administrative tasks, and help ensure smooth functioning of programs and activities conducted by the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle basic administrative and office support tasks.
• Manage student inquiries, registrations, and communication with parents.
• Maintain records, documents, and student details.
• Assist in coordinating class schedules and teacher arrangements.
• Support marketing activities such as responding to messages and inquiries from social media or calls.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of programs and activities.
Requirements
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, or Google Sheets).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Responsible and detail-oriented approach to work.
Pay: ₹100.00 - ₹150.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
