Key Responsibilities
● Lead and manage end-to-end healthcare software implementation projects (onsite/remote) while actively contributing to critical phases of execution.
● Conduct requirement gathering, workflow mapping, and solution design to ensure alignment with healthcare processes and compliance standards.
● Deliver user training sessions, workshops, and post-implementation support directly to client teams and leadership.
● Provide hands-on technical and functional support for complex issues, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
● Collaborate with business analysts and development teams for customizations, integrations, and escalated issue handling.
● Work closely with account managers and sales teams to manage escalations and strengthen long-term client relationships.
● Document implementation processes and build a robust knowledge base of best practices, frequent challenges, and effective resolutions.
● Generate and present MIS/project reports to clients and internal leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and outcomes.
● Mentor junior team members while ensuring personal involvement in key client deliverables.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
● Graduate/Postgraduate in IT/EC/CE (B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc. IT) or equivalent. ● 10+ years of experience in software implementation, preferably in the healthcare domain.
● Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex implementations with both managerial and individual contributor responsibilities.
Skills Technical & Functional:
● Strong knowledge of the Software Implementation Life Cycle (SILC) including requirement analysis, solution design, validation, UAT, parallel runs, pre-go-live, go-live, and post-go-live support.
● Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, compliance requirements (HIPAA, NABH, HL7, FHIR, ICD, etc.), and data security standards.
● Proficiency in conducting product demonstrations, advanced end-user training, and client workshops.
● Ability to troubleshoot, resolve escalations, and provide hands-on technical/functional support during critical phases.
● Experience in preparing and delivering MIS reports, executive dashboards, and project documentation.
● Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams while actively contributing to implementation activities.
● Skilled in stakeholder management, escalation handling, and building long-term client relationships.
● Proven mentoring and coaching experience to guide junior implementation officers.
● Effective in managing multiple projects simultaneously with attention to timelines, quality, and compliance.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
● Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities in complex project environments.
● High level of adaptability, ownership, and accountability in both team and individual settings.
● The role requires full-time work on-site (Mumbai)
● Immediate joiners will be given priority.

Pay: From ₹800,000.00 per year
