2D Game Designer

We are looking for a creative 2D Game Designer with at least 2 years of experience in designing engaging game assets, characters, environments, and UI elements. The candidate should be capable of using AI tools to speed up design work and generate new creative concepts for game development. Key Responsibilities: • Design 2D game assets including characters, backgrounds, props, and UI elements • Create concept art and visual themes for game projects • Work closely with developers and game designers to implement assets in games • Use AI tools to generate concepts and improve design efficiency • Ensure consistent art style and high-quality visuals • Revise designs based on team feedback Key Performance Areas (KPA): • Game Asset Design – Creating high-quality and engaging 2D game assets • Creative Concept Development – Generating innovative visual concepts • Design Efficiency – Using AI tools to speed up production • Collaboration – Coordinating with development and design teams • Quality & Consistency – Maintaining a consistent visual style across projects Key Performance Indicators (KPI): • Timely completion of assigned design tasks • Quality approval rate of game assets by project leads • Number of assets delivered per sprint/project • Effective use of AI tools to reduce design turnaround time • Revision rate after internal feedback • Contribution of creative concepts and improvements Required Skills: • 2+ years of experience with game interfaces (preferably in a casual style) and strong expertise in UI/UX • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar design software • Knowledge of the global mobile game market and trends • Ability to create concept art, storyboards, and game environments • Basic understanding of game development pipelines • Ability to use AI design tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, etc.) to generate ideas and speed up design work • Understanding of asset optimization for mobile/web games • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time management Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: • Health insurance • Leave encashment Work Location: In person
